NEW – 2019 Kart Track Insurance Program

January 3, 2019 (MONROE, N.C.) – The American Kart Racing Association is proud to announce our new in house Track Insurance Program for 2019. This new program offers our member tracks a new and exciting program with coverage’s ”Second to None” in the Karting Industry.

Our New program will be supported by DG Smith & Company, Inc (Agent of Record) and American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services, Inc / Arch Insurance Company, all of which carry the AM Best Rating A+ (Superior) XV.

We will offer our tracks the option of Liability Coverage ranging from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 with competitive rates. Member tracks will also be able to acquire Premise coverage at very affordable rates. In addition our program offers participants a $25,000 Accident Medical Expense Benefit with the lowest deductible offered to date.

But the program doesn’t stop there, we will also offer to our AKRA members coverage options for Haulers, Trailers, Contents, and their Shops. We are also working on an affinity program that will offer auto and home insurance in many states at discount rates to our members.

New Insurance Deal Includes Haulers, Trailers, Contents of Shop & More

January 29, 2019 (MONROE, N.C.) – Last week American Kart Racing Association (AKRA) officials announced they were in negotiations with DG Smith & Company, Inc. (Agent of Record) and American Specialty Insurance & Risk Services, Inc./ Arch Insurance Company to form a collaboration allowing the sanctioning body to offer it’s members in house insurance that AKRA president Bill McCutcheon called “Second to None in karting.”
